Bouldering Experience.

The best way to try your hand at one of the fastest-growing sports, bouldering!

This is a form of rock climbing which is done without ropes and harnesses above crash matting and is an amazing way to get fit whilst having fun.

During this session, your coach will guide you through the safety rules of the centre, and show you an array of tips and tricks to help get you flying up the wall like a pro.

Once the session is over, you’re welcome to stay and climb unsupervised for as long as you want, and next time you visit you’ll be able to take to the walls all on your own!

Entry for the day and equipment hire are included in the price of your session.

Fundamentals.

The ideal session for climbers who have either just completed their Intro Lesson or are getting back into climbing again.

Following a rolling six-week syllabus, your instructor will provide guidance on the elementals of climbing; Good Footwork - Body Positioning - Movement - Other Techniques and Tactics.

Ideal for those looking to meet new people and improve their basic climbing skills.

Improvers.

Aimed at those who are looking to really get into the nitty gritty, improve their technique and push their level.

Each week focuses on a specific style and the associated techniques.

  • Dynos - Co-ordination moves and explosive power

  • Slabs - Footwork and Fluid Movements

  • Overhangs - Efficiency, Core and Power

  • Aretes & Corners - Body Positioning and centre of gravity.

    90 minutes and suitable for those climbing Mediums and above.

Women’s Improvers.

Open to anyone who identifies as female, these sessions are a great way to improve your technique in a super supportive environment!

Each week focuses on a specific style and the associated techniques.

Private Lessons.

These 90 minute private sessions are ideal for anyone requiring some more focused time with a Coach and are completely tailored to your individual needs.
